  • Carrot - 8.8 oz
  • White Part of Leek - 2 pieces
  • Bay leaf - 4 pieces
  • White Pepper (whole) - 1 teaspoon
  • Green peppercorns - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion - 2.8 oz
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Salt - to taste

Cut the carrot into wide slices.
