Description
The choice of fruits can be anything, and instead of rolls, you can use stale wheat bread.
Ingredients
- Butter - 2.8 oz
- Bun - 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 1.1 oz
- Limoncello - 1 tablespoon
- Cream - 3 fl oz
- Bananas - 1 piece
- Pears - 1 piece
- Grapefruits - 2.8 oz
- Cinnamon - to taste
- Powdered Sugar - to taste
Step by Step guide

Prepare all the ingredients.

Cut the fruit into small pieces, removing any pits beforehand.
Step 3
Melt half of the butter in a skillet and sauté the fruit until lightly golden.
Step 4
Sprinkle the fruits with cinnamon and sugar, allow the sugar to melt, and gently toss the fruits with the sugar until they are coated in caramel.
Step 5
Pour the liqueur into the skillet, stir, and let it evaporate for 1 minute. Remove the fruit from the skillet.
Step 6
Slice the rolls. In a bowl, whisk the egg with the cream and soak the bread in this mixture.
Step 7
Toast the bread in the same skillet with butter until golden brown.
Step 8
Place the sautéed fruits on the toast.
Step 9
Dust with powdered sugar using a fine sieve.
Step 10
Serve the toast with sweet tea or coffee.
