- Bone-in Beef - 17.6 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Morels - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Salt - to taste
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Bay leaf - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the meat and place it in a pot. Pour in 3 liters of water, add salt, bay leaf, and boil for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and add them to the pot. Continue boiling for another 20 minutes.
Step 3
Sauté the finely chopped onion with the grated carrot.
Step 4
Cut the potatoes into wedges and add them to the meat and mushrooms. After 15 minutes, add the sautéed mixture. Boil for another 5 minutes.
