Description
The trick to this juice is the order in which you load the ingredients into the juicer.
Ingredients
- Celery stalk - 1 piece
- Carrot - 6 pieces
- Marinated cherries - 12 pieces
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the vegetables and dry them thoroughly. Cut off any excess leaves from the celery stalk. They won't be needed.
Step 2
Load half of the carrots into the juicer (young carrots, like those sold in bunches at the market during the season, are best; if unavailable, use any other type, but adjust the quantity based on their juiciness), then add half of the tomatoes and half of the celery stalk.
Step 3
Stir the mixture with a spoon.
Step 4
In the same glass, pass the second half of the carrots, tomatoes, and the remaining part of the celery stalk through the juicer.
Step 5
Pass a bit of parsley through the juicer.
Step 6
Stir the juice again with a spoon.
