  • Ground Dried Garlic - ½ teaspoon
  • Mild Chili Spice - to taste
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon

Cut the cheese into pieces 6–8 mm thick.
