Fried Cauliflower with Ginger and Mint
Ingredients
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Cauliflower - 2 lbs
- Coarse Salt - to taste
- Grated Ginger Root - 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil - 1½ tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 2 tablespoons
- Lime Juice - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 374°F.
Step 2
Cut the cauliflower into small florets and place them on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with minced garlic, ginger, salt, and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with pepper and mix well.
Step 3
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes until tender and golden.
Step 4
Drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle with mint. Toss and serve immediately.
