  • Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Dry adjika - 1 teaspoon
  • Rosemary - 1 sprig
  • Ground Dried Garlic - ½ teaspoon
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons

Peel the celery root and cut it in half.
