- Bacon - 10 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons

Step 1
Cut the cheese into strips about 1 cm thick and slightly longer than the width of the bacon slices. Cut the bacon in half. Wrap a piece of cheese in each half and secure it with a wooden skewer.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the rolls for 10–15 minutes, carefully turning them until the bacon is cooked. Drain off excess fat and serve immediately; you can leave the skewers in.
