  • Dijon Mustard - 0.2 oz
  • Red Caviar - 0.2 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Chives - 0.2 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Place the resulting mixture into the shell, top with half a teaspoon of black caviar. Garnish with a small piece of salmon and finely chopped chives.

Step 2

Carefully crack the egg on the 'sharp' side. Pour the contents into a bowl, keeping the shell. Add seasonings and lightly beat.

Step 3

Melt the butter over low heat, spreading it evenly in the pan. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and fry on medium heat for 2 minutes, without cooking completely. Remove from heat, add cream cheese and mustard, and stir until the mixture is soft and creamy. If necessary, place the pan back on the heat.
