  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the eggplants into large strips. Fry the eggplants in a generous amount of olive oil in a skillet.

Step 2

Add finely chopped garlic and chili pepper to the skillet. After the vegetables are cooked, add the coconut milk and keep it on the heat for a few more minutes.

Step 3
