Ingredients
- Mustard Greens - 1 teaspoon
- Rhubarb - 3.5 oz
- Spanish onions - 4.2 oz
- Water - 2 fl oz
- Ground dried cherries - 1.8 oz
- Chili jam - ¼ jar
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Ham - 14.1 oz
- Balsamic Vinegar - 2 tablespoons

Cut the ham into 4 pieces.
Step 2
Toast the mustard seeds in a pan over medium heat for 2 minutes until they start to pop. Add the chopped rhubarb, finely chopped onion, water, cherry jam, dried cherries, sugar, and balsamic vinegar. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes until the rhubarb is tender. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Preheat the grill and lightly sear the ham until the edges are golden brown. Plate and serve with the chutney.
