  • Vegetable Oil - 7 fl oz
  • Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
  • Salt - to taste

Clean the fish scales and gut it.

Combine the flour with salt and coat the fish in the mixture. Hold two fish by their tails and gently tap them against each other to shake off any excess flour. Repeat this process with all the fish.
