- Black sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons
- Chili Flakes - a pinch
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a deep skillet, heat the olive oil, add finely chopped onion, and sauté until soft. Then add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 20–30 seconds.

Next, add the sesame oil, chopped leafy greens, red pepper flakes, a little sugar, and salt. Mix well, cover with a lid, and cook for 8–10 minutes until tender.
