- Young loofah - 17.6 oz
- Coarse Salt - to taste
- White Pepper (whole) - to taste
- Sugar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the loofah and cut it diagonally into small pieces.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a wok over high heat. Add the thinly sliced garlic and sauté until golden brown for 15-20 seconds.
Step 3
Add the loofah and 1 tablespoon of water. Season with salt, pepper, and add sugar. Cook, stirring, until tender for 50-60 seconds. Serve immediately.
