- Citrus Zest Mix - 1 tablespoon
- New Potatoes - 1½ kg

Preheat the oven to 428°F. Grease two baking trays with butter.

In a bowl, combine the mustard, olive oil, butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, lemon zest, and salt. Add the chopped potatoes, sprinkle with pepper, and mix well. Spread the mixture onto baking sheets, leveling it out to form a single layer.
