- Radish - 3.5 oz
- Sesame Oil - 1 fl oz
- Soy Sauce - 1 fl oz
- Sriracha - to taste
- Cilantro - 2 sprigs
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Trim the tops and tails off the radishes.
Step 3
If the radishes are large, cut them in half or into quarters.
Step 4
Separate the cilantro leaves.
Step 5
Pour sesame oil into a hot skillet.
Step 6
Add the radishes and sauté for 20 seconds.
Step 7
At the end of frying, add soy sauce and let it reduce slightly.
Step 8
Transfer to a bowl and toss with sriracha sauce.
Step 9
Arrange on a plate and garnish with cilantro leaves.
Step 10
Serve immediately.
