- Safflower Oil - 0 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step 1
Boil the red beans, drain them in a colander, and then fry in sunflower oil.
Step 2
Add fried onions, salt, and pepper to the fried beans, mix, and sprinkle with cilantro.
