- Green Apples - 3.5 oz
- Serviceberries - 1.8 oz
- Scamorza Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Red Grape Juice - 1 fl oz
- Fresh basil leaves - 0.1 oz
- Sugar - 0.1 oz
- White Balsamic Cream - 0 fl oz
- Physalis - 1 piece
- Mint - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the apples and slice them into rings. Remove the seeds and grill them on both sides for 4-5 minutes. Place the blackberries in a saucepan, pour in the red wine, add sugar and basil, and simmer for 8-10 minutes until thickened. Cut the scamorza cheese into slices and fry on both sides in a non-stick skillet for 3-4 minutes.
Step 2
On a plate, arrange the apples, place the cheese on top, and drizzle with blackberry jam. Garnish with physalis, mint, and balsamic sauce (reduced balsamic vinegar with sugar).
