Description
Hello, dear beer lovers. I present to you my favorite and very easy-to-make dish. You will need: 500 grams of shrimp size 70x90, 3 cloves of garlic, a small bunch of fresh dill, and 1 teaspoon of Kikkoman sauce.
Ingredients
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Minced garlic - 3 cloves
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 17.6 oz
- Soy Sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour boiling water over the frozen shrimp to thaw, drain all the water, add the minced garlic, finely chopped dill, a little soy sauce, mix, and let it sit.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat a heavy-bottomed skillet over high heat and pour in the vegetable oil.
Step 3
Place the shrimp on the well-heated skillet, fry them for literally 1–2 minutes, no more, otherwise they will become tough. Transfer everything to a beautiful dish, drizzle with fresh lemon juice, and enjoy your meal.
