Ingredients

  • Soy Sauce - 3 spoons
  • Shrimp - 26.5 oz
  • Chili Oil - 2 spoons
  • Sesame Oil - 2 spoons
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil - 2 spoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
  • Chinese Black Rice Vinegar - 2 spoons
  • Scallions - 1 stalk

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the shrimp, removing the shells and intestines while leaving the tails intact.

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, chili oil, sesame oil, and sugar.

Step 3

In a wok over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté the minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Step 4

Add the shrimp and sauté for 2 minutes on each side until they turn pink.

Step 5

Pour in the sauce and mix well.

Step 6

Remove from heat and serve with boiled rice or vegetables, garnished with green onions.
