Ingredients

  • Rice Paper - 3 pieces
  • Napa Cabbage - 1 piece
  • Melted Cheese - 1.8 oz
  • Ramiro Pepper - 0.7 oz
  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes - 0.9 oz
  • Cilantro - 2 sprigs
  • Vegetable Oil - 2½ tablespoons
  • Chili Flakes - to taste

Tear the green part of the Napa cabbage leaf by hand.

Separate the cilantro leaves from the stems.

Cut the mozzarella into strips.
