- Breadcrumbs - 6 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 7 fl oz

Step 1
Slice the tomatoes into thick slices, sprinkle with salt, and let sit for 30 minutes. Drain excess juice.
Step 2
Place breadcrumbs in one plate and beat the egg in another. Heat the oil in a deep skillet.
Step 3
Dip the tomato slices first in the breadcrumbs, then in the egg, then back in the breadcrumbs, and fry until golden brown on both sides. Serve immediately.
