  • Beer - 9 fl oz
  • Wheat Flour - 3 tablespoons

Sift the flour into a bowl and gradually mix in the beer until the batter reaches a consistency similar to thick mustard. Add a little salt and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Meanwhile, peel the zucchini and slice it. Heat the oil in a deep skillet to 356°F. Dip the slices first in the beer batter, then into the hot oil. Cook until they are golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and serve immediately.
