Ingredients

  • Red Grape Juice - 25 fl oz
  • Water - 1½ cups
  • Apple - 1 piece
  • Oranges - 2 pieces
  • Cardamom - 0.1 oz
  • Cinnamon - 2 pieces
  • Ground clove - 4 pieces
  • Star anise - 0.1 oz
  • Sugar - to taste
  • Frozen black currant puree - 6.3 oz

Slice the apple into thin slices.

Cut one orange in half and chop the other into small pieces.

Place the apple in a deep pot.

Add the spices and pour in the water. Set on high heat.
