- Duck Breast - 2.1 oz
- Seedless Green Grapes - 2.8 oz
- Seedless Green Grapes - 2.8 oz
- Cheshire Cheese - 2.1 oz
- Dried Apricots - 24 pieces
- Coarse Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill or barbecue. Lightly salt the duck breast and grill until cooked through and golden brown on both sides. Let it cool and cut into small pieces (it's easier to use leftover duck breast from the skewers).
Step 2
Cut the cheese into small pieces as well.
Step 3
On skewers, alternately thread pieces of duck, grapes, dried apricots, and cheese.
