Ingredients
- Apple - 1 piece
- Nectarines - 1 piece
- Pears - 1 piece
- Plums - 3 pieces
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Almette Cream Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Fresh Mint - to taste
- Honey - to taste
- Liquid dark chocolate - to taste
- White Chocolate - to taste
- Sunflower Seeds - to taste
- Chopped almonds - to taste
- Paprika - to taste
- Powdered Sugar - to taste
- Strawberry - 7 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Remove the core from the apple, wrap it in foil, and bake in an oven preheated to 356°F for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Slice the pear in half and remove the core. Halve the nectarine and pit it. Grill both fruits on a griddle pan.
Step 3
Remove the pits from the plums. In a small saucepan, heat the sugar and add the butter. Caramelize the plums in this mixture.
Step 4
Randomly slice the strawberries and place them in beautiful glasses. Arrange the fruit halves on plates, and set the glasses with strawberries alongside. Top each fruit half with quenelles of Almette cheese. The strawberries should also have their own quenelle.
Step 5
Drizzle honey over the apple and garnish with toasted seeds. Sprinkle the nectarine with almond flakes and paprika. Top the pear with caramelized plum, and decorate with almond flakes and shavings of white chocolate. Garnish the strawberries with dark chocolate shavings and mint leaves.
