Description
You can use any apples or pears as fruits; figs can be green (if large, they should be cut into smaller pieces). As for the nuts, they can also be replaced with your favorites. The cheese can be substituted with gorgonzola or any preferred cheese. Fruit syrup can be replaced with jam syrup. This dish is perfect as an appetizer for a wine dinner.
