Ingredients
- Poultry - 1 piece
- Ground meat - 8.8 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Breadcrumbs - 1.8 oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Carrot - 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
- Chinese green beans - 3.5 oz
- Gelatin - 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Gut the chicken, rinse it, and pat it dry.
Step 2
Carefully separate the meat (with skin) from the bones using a sharp knife.
Step 3
Pound the meat, pass the ground chicken through a meat grinder with 1 onion and breadcrumbs, add the egg, pepper, and salt to taste.
Step 4
Wash one carrot, peel it, and cut it into thin strips.
Step 5
Wash the bell peppers (preferably of different colors), remove the seeds and membranes, and cut them into strips.
Step 6
Boil the green beans in salted water, cool, and chop.
Step 7
Lay out plastic wrap, place the chicken meat with skin on it, then the ground chicken, and on top of the ground chicken, add the vegetables.
Step 8
Form a roll and tie it with twine or thick thread.
Step 9
Make broth from the chicken bones, 1 onion, and 1 carrot.
Step 10
Place the roll into the boiling broth along with the wrap.
Step 11
Cook on low heat for about 1.5 hours.
Step 12
After that, remove the roll, press it under a weight, and cool.
Step 13
Strain the broth and add the pre-soaked gelatin.
Step 14
Cut the cold roll into portioned pieces, place them on a plate, and pour the broth over them.
Step 15
Cool until jelly forms.
