Gamberi Risotto with Shrimp and Spinach
Ingredients
- Arborio rice - 2.8 oz
- Tiger shrimp in brine - 4.7 oz
- Frozen spinach discs - 2.8 oz
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 0.5 oz
- Goat cheese - 0.7 oz
- 10% cream - 0 fl oz

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the tiger shrimp and spinach in olive oil.
Step 2
Add the rice and white wine, and let it evaporate.
Step 3
Add 200 ml of water, cream, and salt. Cook for 10–15 minutes.
Step 4
At the end, add the Gorgonzola cheese.
Step 5
Remove from heat, add butter and Grana Padano cheese, and mix well.
