  • Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 4.2 oz
  • Garlic - 1 clove

  • Butter - 0.4 oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 0.2 oz
  • Parsley - 0.1 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Finely chop the parsley.

Step 2

In a pan, combine the butter and olive oil, and heat them.

Step 3

Slice the garlic thinly, lightly sauté it in oil in a pan, and as soon as it becomes fragrant, add the shrimp to the pan.

Sauté the shrimp until cooked through, about 7–10 minutes.
