  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Chili Flakes - ¼ teaspoon
  • Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 17.6 oz
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Coarse Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook, stirring, until the garlic is golden, about 30 seconds, being careful not to burn it.

Step 2

Add the shrimp, slightly increase the heat, and cook, stirring, for 1–2 minutes until cooked through.

Step 3

Remove from heat and stir in the butter. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
