- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Garlic - 2 heads
- Sage - 0 oz
- Tomatoes - 15 oz
- White bread - 20 oz
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Peel the garlic and crush it in a mortar with a pestle.
Step 3
Bring one and a half liters of water to a boil in a saucepan and add the crushed garlic. Boil for five minutes over medium heat.
Step 4
Finely chop the tomatoes.
Step 5
Sort through and finely chop the sage.
Step 6
In a skillet, lightly sauté the finely chopped tomatoes and sage leaves in olive oil, then transfer them to a pot with boiling water and garlic. Cook for another minute.

Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.

Turn off the heat and thicken the soup with egg yolks.

Place a handful of small, torn pieces of bread into a plate.
