Ingredients
- Olive Oil - 2 fl oz
- Borodinsky Bread - 3.5 oz
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Coarse Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Trim off the crusts from the Borodinsky bread. Cut the bread into sticks.
Step 2
Peel the garlic, chop part of it into very small cubes and mix with vegetable oil. Crush the remaining garlic using a garlic press.
Step 3
Fry Borodinsky bread in vegetable oil with garlic for 4–5 minutes.
Step 4
Then rub the bread with the prepared garlic mixture and sprinkle with salt. It's best to use coarse sea salt.
