- Yellow Beets - 4 pieces
- Carrot - 8.8 oz
- Broccoli - 8.8 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Chinese green beans - 8.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
Pour a little olive oil onto a baking sheet. Cut the beets into thin slices and mix with the oil. Roast for about 25 minutes.
Step 3
Boil the carrots for about 15 minutes, add the broccoli and green beans 4 minutes before they are done. Drain the vegetables and place them on a plate along with the beets.
Step 4
Mix the butter with the garlic and add it to the vegetables. Stir everything well and sprinkle with spices.
