Ingredients
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 3 spoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Goat cheese - 3.5 oz
- Marinated cherries - 6 pieces
- Flaky sea salt - a pinch
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour oil into the skillet and add a pinch of coarse salt. Place it over high heat.

Slice the zucchini into rounds about 1 cm thick.
Step 3
Place the mayonnaise in a deep bowl.
Step 4
Peel the garlic.
Step 5
Season the mayonnaise with pepper.

Press the garlic into the sauce.

Add soy sauce.

Mix thoroughly.

Place the zucchini in a hot, greased skillet.

After 3–5 minutes, flip and brown the other side.

Slice the cheese.

Arrange the zucchini on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
