Description
This is the classic Georgian-style cabbage: the leaves are cut in a random manner (though it's better if the pieces are larger), then mixed with beets, carrots, chili peppers, and garlic. A spicy appetizer that can be prepared a day in advance.

- 9% Vinegar - 10 fl oz
- White Cabbage - 1 piece
- Beetroot - 1 piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 head
- Green peppercorns - 10 pieces
Step by Step guide

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Combine water, sugar, and salt, bring to a boil, then remove from heat and stir in the vinegar.

Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage, cut it into large pieces, and discard the core.

Grate the carrot using a coarse grater.

Also grate the beetroot.

Remove the seeds from the pepper and chop it finely.

Chop the garlic as well.

Combine the cabbage with the other vegetables and black pepper.

Evenly arrange them in a jar, pour in the marinade, and seal with a lid.
