Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Wash the oyster mushrooms, trim off the tough base, divide them into segments, and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Step 3
Quickly rinse the dried mushrooms under cold running water, thoroughly dry them, and then chop them in a blender.
Step 4
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, then add butter and let it melt.
Step 5
Arrange the oyster mushrooms in a single layer on the skillet and season with salt.
Step 6
Sauté the mushrooms until the excess moisture has evaporated. Then, flip them over and continue cooking until they are golden brown and fully cooked.
Step 7
Move them to the side of the pan, and in the cleared space add the minced garlic and sauté it lightly, just until it becomes fragrant.
Step 8
Combine the garlic with the oyster mushrooms, sprinkle with chopped mushrooms, add vinegar, and cook for a few more minutes, stirring constantly until the vinegar has evaporated.
Step 9
Season with Svan salt (0.5 teaspoon) and chopped cilantro.
Step 10
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary. Serve immediately.
