Description
For lovers of carbonated drinks, you can reduce the amount of water by 2/3, complete the entire process, strain it, and in the morning add cold soda water. It is very popular among us and requested by all guests.
Ingredients
- Mineral water - 5 qt
- Fresh Mint - 1 bunch
- Lime - 1 piece
- Lemon - 2 pieces
- Grated Ginger Root - 1.8 oz
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a large pot, add 3–4 cm of grated fresh ginger root (you can add more, to taste), a large bunch of fresh mint, thinly sliced lime, the juice of a whole lemon (add the squeezed halves as well), and thinly sliced cucumbers. Add 2 tablespoons of honey (I prefer it not too sweet).
Step 2
Let the drink steep at room temperature for several hours, then refrigerate overnight. In the daytime, strain it, and add a few fresh slices of cucumber, lime, lemon, and mint.
