- Date honey - 2.1 oz
- Lemon - 2 pieces
- Gingerbread-flavored syrup - 4 fl oz
- Sparkling water - 1 qt

Peel and finely chop the ginger.

Squeeze the juice from the lemons.

Mix the lemon juice with the sugar syrup and honey.

Pour out 300 ml of sparkling water from the bottle.

Place the ginger in the bottle.
