- Pumpkin - 30 oz
- Carrot - 4.6 oz
- Garlic - 3 pieces
- Coconut Milk - 10 fl oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Ginger - 0.7 oz
- Curry - 1 tablespoon
- Mild Chili Spice - 0.1 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Smash the ginger with a chef's knife.

Also crush the garlic.

Chop the onion coarsely.
Step 4
Add the onion, garlic, and ginger to the heated oil in the pot.

After 3 minutes, add the curry and stir.

Add the coarsely chopped pumpkin and cover with water.
