Ingredients
- Lime - 1 piece
- Peach Juice - 1 qt
- Orange zest - 1 piece
- Dark rum - 10 fl oz
- Pineapple - ½ piece
- Fresh Berries - 3.5 oz
- Mint Leaves - 1.2 oz
- Ice - to taste
- Ginger Green Wine - 1 qt
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Using a citrus knife, cut the zest from the orange and lime (only the colored part, without the white) and slice it into thin strips. Peel the orange and chop it finely. Squeeze the juice from the lime. Peel the pineapple, remove the core, and chop it finely.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the zests, chopped orange, lime juice, pineapple juice, rum, pineapple pieces, blueberries, and mint leaves.
Step 3
Add the ginger ale and pour into glasses filled with ice.
