Ingredients
- Fresh Ginger - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon - 2 pieces
- Honey - to taste
- Ground Ginger - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice (or grate) the fresh ginger.
Step 2
Pour water into a small saucepan, add the ginger and lemon pieces.
Step 3
Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to low. Let it steep for about 5–10 minutes, then remove from heat and consume slightly cooled.
Step 4
You can add honey to the tea (only after it has cooled down!) and 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger.
