Ingredients

  • Coconut Milk - ⅓ ml
  • Turmeric - 0.2 oz
  • Grated Ginger Root - 0.2 oz
  • Lemon - ½ piece
  • Honey - 3 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Place the coconut water, ginger, and turmeric in a blender. Blend well.

Step 2

This drink is very good warm, so you can add hot water to ensure the tonic is about 100°F. Do not heat it too much!

Step 3

Strain the drink through a sieve, add honey and lemon juice. Stir, pour into a glass, and drink in small sips.

Step 4
