Step 1
Peel the carrots and boil them in boiling water until soft, about 3–4 minutes. Drain and dry well.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the carrots, honey, and julienned ginger root. Cook, stirring, for about 8 minutes until golden.
Step 3
Add the finely chopped chili pepper and sauté for another minute. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
