Golden Cauliflower with Garlic and Parmesan
Ingredients
- Dry White Wine - 16 fl oz
- Cauliflower - 1 head
- Olive Oil - 4 fl oz
- Breadcrumbs - 6.3 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 2.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 365°F.
Step 2
Cut the cauliflower into medium florets and place them stem-side down in a baking dish. Pour the wine over it and cover with foil. Bake until tender, about 45 minutes.
Step 3
In a blender, combine 6 tablespoons of olive oil, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, parsley, and Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and increase the temperature to 392°F.
Step 5
Brush the cauliflower with olive oil and sprinkle with the Parmesan mixture.
Step 6
Return to the oven for a short time until golden brown. Serve warm.
