Description
You can prepare a turmeric paste for several days in advance by boiling 100 g of turmeric in 250 ml of water for 7–8 minutes, stirring constantly. It should result in a creamy paste without lumps. For one serving, take 1 to 2 teaspoons of the paste. It should be stored in the refrigerator. It is best to drink golden milk in the morning on an empty stomach or in the evening before bed.

- Water - 1 fl oz
- Coconut Milk - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
- Honey - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a small pot, bring about 50 ml of water to a boil. When the water boils, add a teaspoon of turmeric. Cook for 5–7 minutes.
Step 2
Add 1 cup of low-fat milk, a teaspoon of oil (in addition to coconut oil, you can use flaxseed or grapeseed oil), and heat over low heat to a maximum of 140°F.
Step 3
Dissolve the honey in the warm milk, and the drink is ready.
