  • Ground Dried Garlic - ½ teaspoon
  • Dried onion powder - ¼ teaspoon
  • Wheat Flour - 1 cup
  • Buttermilk - ½ cup
  • Morels - 25 pieces
  • Butter - 4 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a bowl, mix salt, pepper, paprika, sugar, mustard, turmeric, garlic, onion, and flour. In another bowl, pour the buttermilk.

Step 2

Cut the morels in half lengthwise and dip them in the buttermilk. Then coat them in the flour mixture.

Step 3

Melt the butter in a pan, adding olive oil. Sauté the mushrooms until golden.
