  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Olive Oil - 3 spoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Rosemary - 1 tablespoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 356°F. Grease a rectangular baking dish with butter.

Step 2

Peel and slice the potatoes into thin, round pieces and place them in a bowl. Add softened butter, rosemary, salt, pepper, olive oil, and minced garlic. Mix well and transfer to a baking dish. Cover with foil on top.

Step 3

Bake for 20 minutes, then increase the temperature to 428°F and cook for an additional 20 minutes until golden brown, removing the foil for the last 10 minutes of cooking.
