- Green Peas - 1.1 oz
- Ham - 1.1 oz

Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the bread roll (you need a small one weighing 250–300 grams; a small baguette will work), cut off the top — not just a thin layer, but enough so that the cut-off part can later cover the sandwich. Remove the soft interior from the bottom part. Toast both parts in the oven or using any other acceptable method.
Step 2
Spread tomato sauce—homemade or ketchup, whichever you prefer—on the inside of the bottom part. Crush the garlic and add it in as well.
Step 3
Fill the bottom part with a mixture of diced peeled cucumbers and tomatoes, coarsely chopped onion, thin strips of ham, grated cheese, green peas, and parsley (as well as any other herbs to taste). Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with creamy sauce on top. Cover with the top part of the bun.
