Ingredients
- Chicken Liver - 17.6 oz
- Seedless Green Grapes - 10.6 oz
- Port Wine - ½ cup
- Onion - 1 head
- Wheat Flour - 0.7 oz
- Margarine - 0.9 oz
- Water - ½ cup
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Toasts - 8 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the liver into large pieces, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Bring the water to a boil, dissolve the sugar in it, add the grapes, and remove the pot from the heat.
Step 3
Sauté the chopped onion in margarine, then add the port wine.
Step 4
After about 1 minute, add the grapes with the syrup.
Step 5
Dredge the liver in flour and place it on the grill for 30 seconds.
Step 6
Then fry on both sides in a pan and remove from heat.
Step 7
Place the cooked liver on pieces of toast and drizzle with the sauce.
